Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Proaging Technology LLC currently ships to United States addresses that receive an available rate at checkout. If no shipping rate appears for an address, we cannot ship that order to the address at this time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Free standard shipping is available on orders within the Continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), with no minimum order amount.
For products fulfilled directly by Proaging Technology LLC:
• Standard shipping: free; estimated transit time of 3–5 business days.
• Optional express shipping: $15 where available; estimated transit time of 1–2 business days.
Transit estimates do not include order handling. The delivery estimate shown at checkout reflects the available service for your order.

Some products are fulfilled by our suppliers through Shopify Collective and also include free standard shipping within the Continental U.S. Supplier handling and transit times vary by product and destination. Review the delivery estimate shown on the product page or at checkout before ordering.

Orders containing products from more than one fulfillment location may arrive in separate packages, each with its own delivery estimate and tracking. Free standard shipping applies to these eligible shipments.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after a carrier accepts a package.

Address changes and delivery issues
Review the shipping address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Proaging Technology LLC is not responsible for carrier delays or packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, but we will help with available carrier information.
