Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Proaging Technology LLC currently ships to United States addresses that receive an available rate at checkout. If no shipping rate appears for an address, we cannot ship that order to the address at this time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
For products fulfilled directly by Proaging Technology LLC, the available checkout options are:
• Standard shipping: $8, or free on qualifying orders of $70 or more; estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.
• Express shipping: $15; estimated delivery in 1–2 business days.

Some products are fulfilled by verified third-party suppliers through Shopify Collective. For those products, the shipping service, charge, and estimated delivery shown on the product page or at checkout are supplied by the applicable supplier or carrier. The checkout amount and estimate control if they differ from a general estimate on this page.

Orders containing products from more than one fulfillment location may arrive in separate packages and may show separate shipping charges or delivery estimates at checkout.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after a carrier accepts a package.

Address changes and delivery issues
Review the shipping address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Proaging Technology LLC is not responsible for carrier delays or packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, but we will help with available carrier information.
